The city has grown fast, and the subdivisions built in the last twenty years (around Aliante, along the 215, and up toward the mountains) are full of houses that rent to families and to people stationed at Nellis Air Force Base. Military tenants move on orders, which means we see plenty of well-kept homes turn over on a predictable schedule.
North Las Vegas runs its own water and sewer utility, separate from the water district, and the tenant sets it up with the city. Like Henderson, that is on the tenant checklist and it is done before the lease is signed.
