Water you cannot stop, no heat in winter, no air conditioning in summer, a gas smell, or you are locked out: call (702) 743-8544 now, any hour. A gas smell means leave the house first, then call Southwest Gas at 877-860-6020, then us. Everything else, use the form. It is faster than you think.

Clogged drains and toilets

Under the lease these are the tenant’s responsibility, so please try a plunger first. If it needs a plumber, use one who is licensed, bonded and insured; the cost is yours, not the owner’s. If the plumber finds a problem in the pipes themselves, tell us and we take it from there. Slow showers and tubs are usually hair, and the same applies.

Dryers

Clean the lint trap every load. Every dryer, gas or electric, has one, and lint does not disappear on its own. A dryer that stops working or smokes because the trap was never cleaned can be charged to you as a replacement.

Broken glass and mirrors

Under the lease, all broken glass and mirrors are the tenant’s responsibility.
