RENT PAYMENTS: Online payments can be made from the 20th prior to due date thru the 5th (end of grace period). After that payments MUST be delivered in certified funds to SMART. If you have difficulties making online payments contact: David Mazey, Account Manager at david.mazey@managevegas.com or 702.750.9725×227. In addition—please remember that rent is due on the 1st and you have until the 5th at 5pm for that to be received by SMART whether you mail, drop off, pay online, bill pay, or deliver to Goin’Postal. It doesn’t mean to mail on the 3rd or 4th and HOPE that we receive by the 5th at 5pm.
YOU WILL BE CHARGED LATE FEES! DO NOT DEPEND ON THE POST OFFICE—THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!
MAINTENANCE ISSUES: MUST BE IN WRITING — GO TO
MANAGEVEGAS.COM, SEND AN EMAIL TO YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER—
NOT CINDI, SEND A LETTER OR COME TO THE OFFICE—
VERBAL REQUESTS WILL NOT BE TAKEN. PLEASE FOLLOW THE RULES!
