Online payments:
Want to avoid LATE FEES? Of course you do — remember, you can set up to do online payments for rent and NEVER be late! The system opens on the 20th of each month and shuts down on the 5th by 3pm. Pay $1.95 versus $100 in late fees. Which is better?
HOA Violations: Tenants, please put away your trash cans. If you have a pet, you MUST clean up after that pet. Remember, you signed a lease that stated that if there is a fine you will be held responsible. Please do your part!
