Happy new year everyone! We hope that your holidays were filled with joy and that you were able to spend time with loved ones. Now it’s back to business. There are several items you need to know. This is NOT something new!
You are aware Alex is no longer with SMART. We now have 2 Property Managers. You have been assigned a new manager. If you have not been notified of your new manager, please email me cindi@managevegas.com and I will give to you the Managers name.

EMERGENCY PHONE: the emergency number is 702.743.8544 – PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY OTHER NUMBER – THIS NUMBER IS ANSWERED 24/7. IF YOU USE A DIFFERENT NUMBER THE EMERGENCY WILL BE DELAYED.
Rent Checks; Remember rent is due on the 1st of each month. you have a5 day grace period with no late fees. NO MORE EXCUSES – rent needs to be paid. Mail to 6955 N. Durango, Suite 1115-107, Las Vegas, NV 89145 – we are open Monday- Friday 9-5. WE ARE CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS! DO NOT MAIL THE RENT ON THE 5TH – YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED LATE- WE MUST HAVE IN OUR HANDS THE RENT BY THE 5TH BY 5OM. We are going to have a no tolerance on late fees. MAINTENANCE: Remember it must be in writing! No verbal requests will be accepted unless a true emergency. Emails your property manager, submit on the website (www.managevegas.com), send a letter. send a fax (702.974.0191).
HOA Violations: HOA’s are trying to find something on everyone. Don’t give them a reason; pull the weeds, take in your trash cans, cars parked correctly, register your vehicles, and check burned out light bulbs, etc.
