We hope everyone had a fun, safe 4th of July! The heat will be with us for some time. It’s important that you keep an eye on the air conditioning systems where you live. MAKE SURE you change the air filters!
If the air goes out, make sure you call the emergency # first: 702-743-8544 — you were given magnets for the refrigerator. Leave a message and someone will call you back.
RENTAL PAYMENTS – Use the online payment portal. Remember, your payments get reported to the credit bureaus and this can increase your FICO score for future rentals or if you are thinking about buying.
HOA Violations – Yes, these HOAs are out of control! They are citing tenants for ridiculous reasons. If you get a violation, please make sure it is taken care of and report back to the person who emailed you.
Lease Renewal Packages – When you get your package in the mail — please look it over carefully. We have been given new leases by the State, so they will be different than what you’ve received in the past. Check it over, sign, and initial where indicated. Return to Cindi with the enclosed envelope. Remember — month-to-month is NO LONGER an option. Please review the Lease Renewal Addendum in your package for exceptions.
