I’ve been renting through SMART for two years now, and it’s been a great experience. Maintenance request are handled quickly and their online portal makes paying rent super easy!!!!!!

The one time I had an issue with rent, it seemed like everything was hitting me at once, I called in to the nice ladies in the office, whom I'd love to mention and name, but for their sake I won't here because I don't have their permission. But I'll say this, they've been patient with me, sweet as can be, and I've had more than prompt response at any service request I've submitted. From Canyon Falls - THANK YOU S.M.A.R.T.

This review is to give accolades to this company as a whole, but in particular, to their employee Sophia. She has been quick to respond to ALL my emails (whether it was "her department", or not). She was super patient, helpful and friendly! In other words, a bonus to their team. I have been in the sales/marketing/customer service fields for most of my life, & I feel it's important to give a shout out for good employees. It's harder and harder to find these days. Cindi knows how to run this place well!

Our experience with SMART realty has been fantastic so far. We recently moved from San Diego to Las Vegas and were able to do everything online very easily. There were some issues with the house upon move in, but everything was handled very quickly!
Cindi has recently restructured her team, and it’s definitely for the better. Her company always provides quick and concise communication, and is pleasant to deal with.
On a side note, between 5 states and multiple houses/apartments SMART management’s online rent payment is the easiest and cheapest that I’ve seen!

I have been trying to find a place to live in Vegas for the last three months and have been getting ripped off much of the time until I met this company. They were very helpful and professional and looked out for my interests and got me into a great place! They even worked with my credit score and had other options for me to be able to continue living here and attend school. A big thanks to Southwestern Management and Realty Team. You guys rock!

SMART is currently managing my rental property and has done a great job. When I turned the house over to them it was rented and a contract was signed within days. Cindi, Eric and the rest of the team have been responsive each time I have needed something. Overall a great experience.
