Happy Valentine’s Day!!
1099’s have been sent out to the address we had on file. You should be able to print your yearly statement online.
Owner Distributions: Again, we send out distributions on the 10th of each month, unless it falls on a weekend, the direct deposits will be initiated the next business day. PLEASE REMEMBER – ONCE WE SEN OUT THE BANK TAKES 24-48 HOURS TO PLACE INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ON THE 10TH AND ASK WHERE IS THE DEPOSIT. PLEASE GIVE IT THE TIME IT NEEDS.
PLEASE NOTE: The Las Vegas rental market is exploding with rentals again. As of 02/05/2014 there are approximately 5700 units on the market which does not include properties by owners. Tenants now are still being extremely picky. It is taking longer to rent out properties with the explosion. A property will NOT be put on the market until it is truly rent ready. Please be responsible to any requests that may occur while we are preparing the property for showings.

HOA VIOLATIONS: Las Vegas has had a very mild winter so far. Many trees and flowers are already in bloom and weeds are popping up. If you have received an HOA violation, please forward to your property manager or fax to: 702.974.0191. So we may contact the tenant. I believe that this year the HOA’s will be out in full force with no mercy to anyone.
