Happy New Year everyone! We hope that your holidays were filled with joy and that you were able to spend time with loved ones. Thank you to everyone that send in goodies to the office for the holidays, the delicious treats were devoured in a matter of moments. We truly do appreciate your thoughtfulness. Now it’s back to business. There are several items you need to know. This is NOT something new!
As you are aware – Alex is no longer with SMART. We now have 2 Property Manager. You have been assigned a new manager. If you have not been notified of your new manager, please email me: cindi@managevegas.com and I will give you the Managers name.

1099,s will begin being processed around the middle of January and sent out by January 31, 2014. 1099’s will be mailed out to the address we have on file. If your address has changed, please notify David Mazey, Accounting Manager,702.750.9725×227 or david.mazey@managevegas.com
Please make sure that you are setup on PROMAS Central – online statements can be obtained through this website for your 2013 tax return. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE REGARDING THIS… ALL INFORMATION IS ON THE WEBSITE. Since the holidays are over – the rental market is starting to pick up again. Pricing has been holding steady and competition is still great in the valley. SMART continues to maintain a 96-98% occupancy rate. Please remember that we will NOT place a property on the market until it is truly rent ready. If additional funds are needed, your property manager will be in touch with you.
HOA Violations: If you have received a letter from your HOA regarding a violation – please send to us as soon as possible. Scan and email to your property manager, or fax to 702.974.0191.
